Mr. MANOJ NAGARAJ

Mr. Manoj Nagaraj, the company’s Founder and Whole Time Director, brings over a decade of experience working with German technology companies and leading cross-border agile teams. With his graduation in Masters in Engineering at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, Germany, his expertise in Agile leadership, Automotive Systems Engineering and cross-cultural communication has shaped TAMA into a trusted partner for European clients.

Under his direction, the company has evolved into a multi-disciplinary engineering firm combining AI, domain-specific language (DSL) engineering, and automotive systems expertise.

Beyond his technical leadership, Manoj is deeply committed to organizational excellence. He implemented ISO 9001:2015 standards within TAMA’s development processes and introduced Agile Scrum practices to create transparency, adaptability, and measurable value across all projects.

Today, he leads TAMA Systems India’s initiatives in:

• JetBrains MPS–based DSL development for AI and engineering ecosystems
• Automotive testing solutions for German OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
• Cross-cultural team enablement through Indo-German collaboration models

Mr. FLORIAN TAUSCH

Mr. Florian Tausch serves as Director of TAMA Systems India and Senior System Engineer at TAMA Systemtechnik GmbH, Germany, bringing over 17 years of experience in automotive systems engineering and project leadership.

He has successfully managed and delivered programs for BMW, Audi, and Volkswagen, specializing in AUTOSAR architecture design, functional safety, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

At TAMA, Florian represents the German leadership core, ensuring that every Indo-German project adheres to structured development standards, traceable documentation, and process-driven quality control.

Beyond technical management, Florian plays a key role in mentoring Indian engineering teams, helping them align with European engineering norms and best practices in embedded software, ECU validation, and model-based testing.

His ability to integrate German precision with global collaboration defines TAMA’s unique approach to cross-border engineering excellence.

Educated at Universität Passau and The University of Edinburgh, Florian combines deep academic grounding with real-world innovation, strengthening TAMA’s position as a trusted partner for automotive, AI, and system-driven software solutions.
